THE CHEF & OWNER: XAVI PALAU

Originating from Barcelona, Spain, Xavi has worked alongside renowned Spanish chefs at esteemed Michelin-starred establishments such as - Nandu Jubany. He has 11 years of experience in modern Spanish cuisine, his latest position being Executive Sous Chef for FOC Group, a Singapore based modern Spanish restaurant. At Cendra, his style of cooking infuses authentic Catalan Spanish cuisine with modern techniques. 

THE SIGNATURE DISHES

Cendra's Signature dishes features the Squid Ink & Wagyu Striploin Rice 'A la llauna' a traditional way of Catalan Spanish cooking unique to Cendra and cooked to perfection. At Cendra, every dish tells a story of heritage, infused with the spirit of Spain and the Mediterranean's abundant offerings.
